Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and us, the developer of the Astrology: Horoscope & Zodiac mobile application and our other Astrology apps (the "App") and the operator of the website horosdaily.com (the "Website"), together the "Services". By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. For Entertainment Purposes Only

Horoscopes, zodiac and compatibility readings, tarot, numerology and all other content in the Services are provided for entertainment and general information only. They are not scientific predictions and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content.

3. Your Account

  • Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Please notify us immediately at quanglieucutu.hungyen@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the App under Profile > Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your account data and cannot be undone. It does not cancel any active subscription (see Section 4).

4. Premium Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions that remove ads and unlock premium content. Plans currently available are weekly, 1 month and 3 months. The price of each plan is shown in the App before you purchase and may vary by country and currency.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store (or Google Play) account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies. For App Store purchases, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • If you reinstall the App or change devices, use Restore purchases to restore an active subscription linked to the same Apple ID.

Some content may also be unlocked temporarily by watching a rewarded ad. Such access is limited to the current session, and we do not guarantee that rewarded ads will always be available.

5. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and, for the App, the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Services or its content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services, its servers or networks, or access them by automated means such as bots or scrapers;
  • circumvent any subscription, payment, advertising or security feature;
  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, including text, readings, graphics, logos, illustrations and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google (including Firebase and AdMob) and Facebook, and may display third-party ads or links. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that any content will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6, 8, 9 and 13, will survive.

11. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:

  • These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Your license to use the App is limited to use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
  • If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our responsibility.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
  • If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App or on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
